System Integrator

For the past decades, I’ve worked alongside engineers, product folks, and leaders to design and deliver systems that quietly do their job—reliably, at scale, and often under tough constraints. My focus has always been on the unglamorous but essential: clean architecture, real-time data pipelines, cloud infrastructure that doesn’t break at 3 a.m., and prototypes that prove an idea is worth pursuing. I’ve built tools & servies for millions of users—all with the same goal: make complexity feel simple.

But what I’ve learned over time is that technology is never just about code. It’s about people—how they collaborate, make decisions, and trust each other. That’s why I’ve also spent years coaching teams through Agile ways of working, helping them find rhythm, reduce friction, and ship with confidence. To me, the best systems aren’t just scalable—they’re sustainable because the teams behind them feel empowered, heard, and proud of what they’ve built.

I’m fully booked right now,but if you’re thinking ahead. If you’d like to work together, join my waitlist to secure priority access — and preferred rates — when new capacity opens up. Just share a bit about your project, timeline, and goals, and I’ll be in touch if it’s a good fit.

Waitlist

Like a lot of builders, I’m mostly clueless — so I made a Discord channel where developers and indie hackers can figure things out together, in public.

No fluff, no gatekeeping — just real people shipping real projects, asking for help, and sharing what they’ve learned along the way.
